Korean BBQ Sliders

While sitting at home I was craving something casual with familiar flavors so I threw together some Korean BBQ flavored sliders.

These turned out to be delicious and full of flavor. 

Korean BBQ Sliders

Delicious sliders with classic Korean flavors.

  1. 1 pound of ground meat of choice (I used beef)
  2. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  3. 2-4 tablespoons of sugar (desired sweetness)
  4. 1 scallion, finely minced
  5. Gochujang (korean red pepper paste) to taste
  6. pepper to taste
  7. crushed pineapple if desired for condiment
  8. kimchi if desired for condiment
  9. 8 slider buns
  1. Mix the soy sauce, scallion, and sugar into the ground meat. Pepper to taste. If making spicy burgers too, divide the seasoned meat mixture in half.
  2. Spoon gochujang into one half of meat mixture. Cover both and refrigerate at least one hour.
  3. Remove seasoned meat from refrigerator and form into 8 patties. Pan fry or grill to desired doneness.
  4. Create sliders any way you want. I used kimchi on the sweet burger and pineapple on the spicy burger.
  5. Enjoy!
