I love yaki mandu! It’s one of my favorite snacks or appetizers. I usually make a whole lot of these and freeze them so I can just pull them out when I want since they can be time consuming to make.
This recipe is so delicious and so simple. I was introduced to crockpot pulled pork by my friend Kim B. many years ago along with homemade barbecue sauce. I love that it’s easy, can feed an army, freezes well, and is a crowd pleaser.
When hubby is away I get to enjoy all my funky and spicy foods like this soondubu kimchi jjigae which is Korean soft tofu kimchi stew.
